The process is simple; the client first searches for the service they are seeking help with. The platform here will automatically highlight the nearby service providers, making it easier for the client to choose their service provider. Once the job gets accepted by the service provider, the user can then track the status of the job every step of the way. Once the job is completed, the status will change to \u201cCOMPLETE\u201d. When creating a profile, users will be asked to add some vital information, such as their address, contact number, and payment details. Such information is needed for easier and faster information processing when placing a job request.<\/p>

When in need of a service, users can either place a service request for now or pre-schedule it.
