Are you a mechanic, a tutor, a makeup artist, or a private chef? Do you want to start generating money from your profession without the hassle of establishing a business?

Mufeed is what you need! Mufeed is a platform that is not limited to a single service but covers almost all services needed in the community.

Once you download the “Mufeed” Application and register as a Service Provider, all you need to do is select the services that you can provide and submit your credentials. Once your application gets approved, you can start immediately accepting jobs posted by users who are seeking help, and that’s all you need to do to start generating income.

The process is simple; the client first searches for the service they are seeking help with. The App here will automatically highlight the nearby service providers, making it easier for the client to choose their service provider. Once the job gets accepted by the service provider, the user can then track the status of the job every step of the way. Once the job is completed, the status will change to “COMPLETE”. The service provider will be required to take a ‘before and after’ picture to serve as proof of a completed job. 

An invoice will be generated and sent to both the client and the service provider. The completion of the task will automatically enable a payment deduction from the client’s credit/ debit card and a confirmation message will be sent to them by the service provider. Both the client and the service provider can then rate and review each other.

The service provider will have to pre-determine the cost of the service as it will be displayed on their profile page. Mufeed is unifying the price per service in order to avoid price wars. When determining the price, service providers need to take into consideration that Mufeed has an agreed-upon commission rate per service. After the completion of each job, Mufeed will send the online paid amount to the service provider’s bank account while deducting its commission rate.

Mufeed is the App that will come to your rescue! Whether you’re in need of a mechanic, a tutor, a makeup artist, or even a private chef, Mufeed will help you find the right person for the job.

All you have to do is download the app, select the service, select a service provider near you and enjoy.

When creating a profile, users will be asked to add some vital information, such as their address, contact number and payment details. Such information is needed for easier and faster information processing when placing a job request.

When in need of a service, users can either place a service request for now or pre-schedule it. For example; you need a plumber to repair a water leak in your home, all you have to do is select the ‘Home and Office’ category, and then click on the ‘Plumbing Services’ subcategory. You can then go through the list of plumbers provided, as well as view each plumbers’ details, ratings, and prices, and then choose your preferred plumber. Once they accept the job, you will be able to stay up to date with the status of the job. When the job is completed, the status will change to “COMPLETE” and a ‘before and after picture will be provided.

If the payment is in cash, then both parties are required to click on “paid” after the transaction. Both the client and the service provider can then rate and review each other.

The rates are inclusive of all commissions and fees. Payments can be paid through cards or cash on delivery (COD).

The process will be recorded and registered into the admin’s system along with any pictures provided and both accounts’ details in order to keep both party’s income statements fully updated. The admin has full control over the operations as the system is dynamic and can therefore manage all activities, and monitor the operations live.
